Do you work with existing wiring or does this need a renovation?

Most homes, we work with what's there. We use a mix of retrofit modules and minor switchboard swaps, usually no chiseling. For new builds we route fresh wires the right way. We'll know for sure after the walk-through.

Will my house work if the internet goes down?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Everything is local-first. Wall switches, scenes, even schedules, all run on a small server inside your home. The internet is only needed for remote control from outside the house.

Question 3

What about brands? Do I have to buy everything from you?

Accepted Answer

No. Our system speaks Matter, so it talks to most major brands: Eufy, Aqara, Yale, Nanoleaf, IKEA, your Daikin or Voltas AC. If you already have a few smart things, we usually fold them in.

What if I move? Or you go out of business?

Accepted Answer

The hardware is yours, and the system runs on open protocols. Any Matter-certified installer can pick up where we left off. We also give you full admin credentials on handover day; nothing is hostage.

Roughly, what does this cost?

A 2 BHK apartment with lighting + 3 ACs + curtains + basic security typically lands between ₹1–1.5 lakhs all-in.

A 4 BHK villa with the high end automation including, lighting, climate, curtains, full security stack, is usually ₹6–7 lakhs. We'll quote you exactly, in writing, before you commit.

How long does installation take?

Most homes are 1–3 days from start to handover. We try to complete everything at one go so that your plans are not disturbed.

How do you handle privacy with the cameras?

Footage is recorded onto a local NVR inside your home; we don't have a copy, and the cloud is optional. Indoor cameras have hardware privacy shutters. You decide what gets shared, ever.

Do you work outside Hyderabad?

Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru and Mumbai with our own crews. Other cities by referral; we'll be honest about the trade-offs.
